Fraîche opened in Culver City to wide acclaim, winning Best New Restaurant from Angeleno and Los Angeles magazines, and Top 10 Best New Restaurants in the Country from influential NY Times food critic Frank Bruni. The Fraîche team now head West to Santa Monica to open their new outpost with the same inspiration: Provençal bistros and Tuscan osterias where simple, rustic dishes are crafted from ingredients obtained at a village market that morning.
